CUSTOMIZED RIBBONS

A rich assortment of fabrics, widths and colors is available for the creation of personalized ribbons. The double polyester satin ribbon is an elegant and versatile choice, it constitutes a shiny and smooth base, which combines compactness and softness. For a more elaborate base, you can opt for grosgrain, characterized by the grosgrain relief, also available in the brighter lux version. The transparency of organza, on the other hand, lends itself to a very delicate and refined result. Also among the synthetic alternatives, we find the cotton polyester tape, whose texture recalls the effect of the cotton one, compared to which it is more flexible. The cotton ribbon is a 100% natural option and is particularly consistent and slightly rough to the touch. Another more refined type of ribbon made of natural fibres, is the one made of 100% linen.

It is possible to customize the ribbon through various printing techniques: hot, screen printing and sublimation. Hot stamping consists of the impression of a foil, with a pastel or metallic effect, through a cliché. The foil then adheres to the fabric without creating any thickness. Screen printing, on the other hand, is carried out through a frame and the ink is also perceptible to the touch, as it remains in relief. This type of print can be embellished with a lamination with a glossy or matt effect. Finally, the sublimation technique consists of a thermoprint in which the color is transferred from a paper system to the ribbon and is the technique that allows the creation of multi-colour graphics.
